Stephanie Hasenbos-Case named Grant Thornton global leader – people and culture

“Stephanie brings world-class experience to Grant Thornton,” said Grant Thornton global CEO Ed Nusbaum. “She will be a member of the Grant Thornton global leadership team, reflecting the commitment we have made to the people experience as part of our global strategy. We will work with Grant Thornton people and culture leaders around the world to deliver on the people experience that is being co-created by firms.”

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Stephanie was vice president global talent, culture & organisation effectiveness at H&R Block, and before this, global head of talent management at Sears Holdings Corporation and senior vice president retail customer experience strategy at Bank of America.

She holds a bachelors degree in international business and political science from the University of Notre Dame., and is a board member of the Sue Duncan Children’s Centre (SDCC), co-founder of Frietkoten One LLC, and a member of the advisory board of ADsomnia.

Stephanie has more than 17 years of international strategy and management consulting experience, working with two of the Big 4 firms across EMEAI while living in Paris, Prague, Amsterdam and London. Stephanie’s areas of expertise include strategy, talent management, change management, knowledge management and customer experience.
